THE SENSE Bangkok is a Japanese-styled nuru shop at 8/14-8/15 Ratchadaphisek Road, by BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. It sells two things side by side: Japanese nuru body-to-body, and Kasai, the Thai circulation therapy most shops in this corridor do not sell as a named service. Our Verdict
THE SENSE is the Asoke shop to pick when Kasai is the reason you’re going, and it prints its full rate card. Every package is priced at three levels, by how experienced the therapist is, so you can see the exact figure before you message anyone. An hour of nuru starts at ฿3,500.
That puts it at the premium end of the corridor, and it closes at 23:00, early for this area. If you want a late session, Barbie18 and others nearby run past midnight. Everything on this page comes from the operator; we have not been inside.
What to Expect
There are three packages. Zen Reset is the Japanese nuru session, at 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Power Restore is Kasai circulation therapy, at 60 or 90 minutes. Imperial Synergy is the house signature, nuru and Kasai in one session, at 90 or 120 minutes. A separate Kasai course is given by what the operator calls a certified Thai traditional medicine practitioner: 120 minutes, booked in advance, in the shop or as an outcall.
Each package is sold at three therapist levels: Therapist, Senior (more experienced) and Master (the house’s most experienced). For the Golden Dragon VIP session with two or three therapists, the operator takes ฿1,000 or ฿1,500 off the combined price.
The rooms are private, and the photos show a jacuzzi room with a lit whirlpool tub and an air mattress, a room with a freestanding bath, and plainer rooms with a raised mattress. Guests wait in a lounge with recliners and a television; coffee and snacks are included.

The full card is in the rate table above. Zen Reset (nuru): ฿3,500, ฿4,500 or ฿5,500 for 60 minutes by therapist level, rising to ฿5,000 to ฿7,000 for 120 minutes. Power Restore (Kasai): ฿4,000 to ฿6,000 for 60 minutes. Imperial Synergy (nuru and Kasai): ฿4,500 to ฿6,500 for 90 minutes and ฿5,500 to ฿7,500 for 120. The certified Kasai course is ฿5,000 for 120 minutes, plus ฿500 for an outcall.
Card and app payments cost extra: 3% for Alipay and WeChat Pay, 5% for credit cards. Cash, PromptPay and PayNow carry no fee. Location & Access
8/14-8/15 Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei, on the stretch of Ratchadaphisek that runs south from the Asoke intersection. That puts it inside the BTS Asok / MRT Sukhumvit interchange zone, a short walk from Terminal 21. The shopfront is a wood-slat facade with a navy noren curtain over the door. The operator asks guests to say beforehand if they have open wounds or a skin condition, a muscle injury, recent surgery, an abdominal or circulatory condition, or an allergy to seaweed products (the nuru gel is seaweed-based).
